RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a refund. However, you will be required to cover the return delivery cost. Please ensure that the firewood is returned to us in the same condition that you received it.

*Please note: Returns will be granted at the owners discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any return requests when there is no valid or justified reason for a return. Transporting firewood is costly and we recommend against requesting a return. Please make your purchase decision carefully!!
